When we rolled in at 3am last night, I felt like I had come home. I may officially be in love with DC.

We are back from New York. Oh the adventures. I got sunburned. We ate Dim Sum (and Dim Sum More) and Pizza.  We stayed in Harlem. Good Times were had by all. I am starting a Facebook fast. 10 minutes a day.

Fight or Flight

I have a well developed fight or flight reflex and recently its been mostly disposed to flight.

Food Coma

Today I rewarded myself. 

Fish and Chips with a can of fizzy Ribena.

I've found a chipper and it was good.

Maybe I can live in this place.
